Cancellations & Refunds Policy

Thank you for your interest in the ATLAS ISDI Inferno Design Festival. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for cancellations and refunds related to event registrations, ticket purchases, and other services offered through our Festival. By registering for our events or purchasing tickets, you agree to the terms and conditions of this policy.
 

  1. Cancellation Policy:

    • Attendee Cancellation: If you, as an attendee, you can NOT cancel your registration for a Festival event or ticket purchase.

    • Event Changes: ATLAS ISDI Inferno reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, program, speakers, and venues. In the event of such changes, attendees will be notified promptly, and we will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives or options.

    • Festival Cancellation: In rare circumstances, ATLAS ISDI Inferno may cancel the entire Festival or just an Event due to unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, or other reasons. If such a cancellation occurs, we will inform all registered attendees and ticket holders as soon as possible. Our refund policy will then apply.
       

  2. Refund Policy:

    • Refunds for Festival Cancellation: If ATLAS ISDI Inferno cancels the entire Festival or just an Event, registered attendees and ticket holders will be eligible for a full refund of the registration fees or ticket prices paid.

    • No Refunds for Attendee Cancellation: Except for the situation outlined in point 2a, ATLAS ISDI Inferno does not offer refunds for attendee-initiated cancellations, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, travel issues, or any other reason.

    • Non-Refundable Items: Some services or products offered during the Festival may be non-refundable, and the specific terms will be clearly communicated during the registration or purchase process.
       

  3. Requesting a Refund:

    • Festival Cancellation: In the event of a complete Festival cancellation, eligible attendees and ticket holders will receive instructions via email or through the Festival website regarding the refund process. Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.

    • Other Inquiries: If you have questions or concerns about refunds, please contact us at infernotechteam@gmail.com. Our team will assist you with any queries related to the cancellation and refund process.
       

  4. Force Majeure:
    ATLAS ISDI Inferno shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, pandemic, epidemic, or any other force majeure event.
     

  5. Changes to the Policy:
    ATLAS ISDI Inferno reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. By continuing to use our services after any changes to this policy, you accept and agree to the revised terms.
